2、Signed commercial invoices in five copies for value not exceeding the draft amount quoting import under the policy 2004-2009 non negative policy and certifying goods are as per proforma invoice no.sy01-001 dated 09 January 2008

已簽發(fā)的商業(yè)發(fā)票副本5份，價(jià)值不超過匯票金額，進(jìn)口遵從2004-2009年非消極政策的規(guī)定，證明所有貨物在編號(hào)為sy01-001日期為2008年1月9日的形式發(fā)票項(xiàng)下

3、Certificate of shinese origin issued by a chamber of commerce

由商會(huì)開具的中國(guó)原產(chǎn)地證

4、Packing list with the same details as mentioned in invoice

箱單細(xì)節(jié)同發(fā)票

5、One non negotiable set of documents should be forwarded through courier and relative courier receipt should be enclosed with the negotiable set of documents

應(yīng)向快遞員（承運(yùn)人）提交一整套不可轉(zhuǎn)讓單據(jù)，相關(guān)快遞員（承運(yùn)人）的收據(jù)應(yīng)當(dāng)同整套不可轉(zhuǎn)讓單據(jù)一起提交

6、The full set of clean on board ocean B/L（three） original and two non-negotiable copies signed manually and to notify applicant.in the bill of lading it must be mentioned that 14 days free time for clearing the cargo should be allowed

全套清潔已裝船海運(yùn)提單（三份）：原件以及兩份已經(jīng)手簽的不可轉(zhuǎn)讓副本，并通知開證申請(qǐng)人。海運(yùn)提單中必須注明允許14天用于清點(diǎn)貨物

7、Beneficiary should inform the applicant the following details by fax directly after shipment whithin 10 days。

受益人應(yīng)當(dāng)在貨物裝船后10天內(nèi)以傳真告知開證申請(qǐng)人以下細(xì)節(jié)

A ）invoice number，date and amount

B）quantity shipped gross net WT. Of the material

C）no. of packages/pallets

D）bill of lading number and date

E）port of loading

F）name of the vessel

G）date of departure of the carrying vessel。

H）name of the shipping company and the name of their shipping agent in kolkata

A）發(fā)票號(hào)、日期、金額

B）原材料裝船重量（毛、凈重）

C）包裝/托盤數(shù)

D）海運(yùn)提單號(hào)、日期

E）裝運(yùn)碼頭

F）船名

G）承運(yùn)船只啟航日期

H）船公司名稱及其在加爾各答的海運(yùn)代理商名稱

其他條款

1、all document must be in English unless specified otherwise and must mention our LC no. and date

除有另外說明，所有單據(jù)應(yīng)用英語，必須提及我方信用證編號(hào)和日期

2、import under OGL chapter V PARA 8 of the exim policy 2004-2009 must be mentioned on all the documents

所有單據(jù)應(yīng)注明：進(jìn)口遵循2004-2009年OGL第五章第8段關(guān)于進(jìn)出口銀行的政策規(guī)定

3、free spare parts should be shipped and a copy of the invoice should be faxed after shipment

免費(fèi)備用配件應(yīng)當(dāng)一同裝船，裝船后應(yīng)傳真發(fā)票副本

4、materials to be packed in applicant’s approved packing design already sent to the beneficiary

原材料包裝應(yīng)采用已經(jīng)發(fā)至受益人并得到開證申請(qǐng)人認(rèn)可的包裝設(shè)計(jì)

5、shipping mark，net weight，gross weight，country of origin should be mentioned in each box。

每箱都應(yīng)注明嘜頭、凈重、毛重、原產(chǎn)地國(guó)家

6、Insurance to be covered by the applicant

開證申請(qǐng)人負(fù)責(zé)投保

除另有規(guī)定外，此跟單信用證根據(jù)國(guó)際商會(huì)第600號(hào)出版物《跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例》2007年修訂版進(jìn)行解釋
